FUG — Updates on UAT of Interactive Services

These are some of the questions raised over the user acceptance test period from 31 October to 2 November

1. For the sake of clarity, we will amend the system interface by showing the transaction status such as “Approved”, “Failed” or “Not instantly Approved” for each interactive form instead of showing the words “Click Here for Details” in the screen dump below.
   
   
   
   
2. If a wrong name of registered owner is entered into an interactive form T8 or P9/10, it will be bounced back with a message showing the name of registered owner on the register. The transaction will then start afresh from downloading a new interactive form.
   
   
3. We are considering and aligning the following suggestions and will keep you informed of progress. Cost and effectiveness of new function will be part of our considerations:
   
   • to add more filtering criteria in electronic mail box
   • to put an official record in electronic mail box for bounce back interactive records.
   • to provide a “Print all Transaction Details” function in the Submission Details page so that filer needs not to click into every Transaction Details.
