The forms can be downloaded from the table below by clicking the form number. These forms CANNOT be submitted electronically. Please do not attempt to email them to the Trade Marks Registry. For e-filing and interactive service of Trade Marks forms, please visit http://iponline.ipd.gov.hk.

Do not attempt to modify the forms, as doing so will result in an invalid form which cannot be accepted by the Registry.
