Administration of Press and Publication (Copyright Bureau) of Guangdong Province

The main duties of the Copyright Administration Department of the Administration of Press and Publication (Copyright Bureau) of the Guangdong Province include: supervising and providing guidance to organizations for collective administration of copyright and copyright agencies in Guangdong Province; monitoring the use of statutory licensed works in the Province; managing copyright works of the State in the Province; organizing external exchange and interflow activities on copyright administration, supervising and providing guidance to copyright trade; mediating in disputes over copyright, taking enforcement actions against infringements and combating infringing acts and piracy in collaboration with the relevant departments; and providing guidance to stakeholder groups of the industry.
